Goddess Kale Juice

Juice of the day @ the Eco Goddess Temple

Ingredients

Kale

Carrots

Apples

Pears

Garlic

Lemon

Blend three bunches of organic kale, a small bag of organic carrots, 2 apples, 2 pears, 4 garlic bulbs and a two squeezed lemons in a juicer. And there you have it.

You can use the pulp as a topping for your salad
with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt or sautee it lightly in coconut oil with a pinch of himalayan or sea salt

An Eco Goddess Sip

Let me take you to a sacred space that begins at that goddess-spot within the bountiful garden of your fertile inner sanctuary.

Take off your shoes, breathe the earth through the soles of your feet, peel the layers that confine your skin, erase boundaries in your mind, drop down into your sacred bowl.

Quiver to the mountain kisses planted on your bare back; feel the grass licking your feet; take a whisk of the rain mixed with sandalwood and citrus lavender. Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not while they are fed and nurtured by the sun ...worrying not...like a lady in waiting.

Open your lips to receive; to be pleased. Indulge yourself in love's foreplay of fragrances, sounds, forms, shapes, movements, hints and suggestions that guide you to greater peaks and deeper valleys.

Let your in breath raise the floor of the earth you carry at your base, while the out breath light up your roots and resound a whisper into the womb of Gaia. Let the alchemy of the fire in your belly be yours of creation and not of destruction. LET GO! Exhale! Sigh! LET GO! Mourn, groan, shouting, screaming, clutching the earth's skin with your finger nails. Erupting, exploding.....totally....completely. Let yourself melt into the orgasmic tornado of eco-ecstasy!
