When I ask most women if they know or follow their moon cycle the most popular answer is "no". When asked if they are aware of their own internal body and emotional rhythm and whether or not it flows with that of the moon, the answer is "no". When asked if they moon watch, just about all of them say "no". When asked if she knows when to rest and when to be active, she is most times uncertain. When asked if she knows her personal moon sign, some say "yes" (in theory), but most say "no" to understanding the meaning or how to honor it in their individual lives and relationships.

When I ask a woman if she plants new seeds or garden by the moon, cut her hair or tweeze her eyebrows according to the moon, plan a romantic date, send out her resume, try to get pregnant, decide to take up a new sport or hobby, or simply keep a Moon journal, most women are too busy to or they say they just do not know how to.
