CLEANSING & OPTIMIZING THE ENERGY BODY


Below are 4 Meditations that are Visually based. They can help you reconnect with your Womb, ground you and clear your womb and energy body. When we do Womb work, we need to prep ourselves for the journey. The eggs and stones can magnify the energies we already carry in our wombs, therefore, we want to cultivate balanced and more positive vibrations in our sacred space. The body has many portals and openings with the Vagina and the Mouth being the most powerful ones. But energies can leak out of other areas of our body and its important that we begin to become more aware of our bodies as we embark upon this powerful journey. This is not to be taken lightly! This must become a priority! Number one on your list must be YOU and your WOMB wellness. You must be your biggest, your greatest own womb activist! If not then you are in the wrong place. Now is the time to leave!


THE SPIRITUAL VORTEX


Let's begin with my personal favorite cleansing and breathing meditation & visualization practice that I learned almost 2 decades ago and still benefit from. The Spiritual Vortex effectively clears and balances an energy field. I've used it to cleanse and clear my family and home space, public places and people I interact with. You can do it anywhere and can also place one in the center of places and spaces, bodies of water, moving vehicles, etc, to clear and clean out the energy field long before your physical arrival. It's like going there in advance, clearing out the space and then arriving. Years ago, my meditation group and I would collectively clear out and raise the vibrations of the White House.

This is a simple but very powerful and easy way to clear your energy field, to get rid of the gunk, the sticky stuff and energetic debris you collect in your auric field through out any given day and of course those lower vibrations that are sent your way. This includes both emotions, thoughts and electromagnetic vibrations that vibrate on low frequencies. It clears the energy field of your children, your pets, your plants and keeps them protected. If you've had people over - the maintenance man, contractor, a group of people you can clear them out of your space after they leave. If you drive make sure to clear out your car before you drive off, clear your office each morning, your home, the block you live on, your city, your country. When you do this, and if you are in tune to energy - you feel the shift, the lightness, the clarity and the openness. Its a great way to practice increasing your awareness of energy. Have fun with this and sense the freshness and lightness in the air and your body after you do a spiritual vortex cleanse.

After sitting still and quietly, aligning your body and grounding your self you then EVOKE the SPIRITUAL VORTEX by saying... "IN THE WISDOM OF MY SOUL, I EVOKE THE SPIRITUAL VORTEX" Then ask it to cleanse and clear your energy field, or the person and space you want to. You are always envisioned in the middle of the space as you clear your home, your family etc. When you do a space that is far away, you clear the space without seeing yourself in it. See the excess and foreign energies moving deep down into the earth where Earth Mother will transform the energy in the fire of her belly. Offer her some and then ask her to return the rest to you.

The image above is perfect. Imagine yourself in the middle of that vortex. Create one around you and polish yourself in the middle of the twister, while getting your energetic shine on! It's all in your mind & imagination. Use it to visualize, create and feel it. Can you feel the subtle, soft, gentle breeze? It's quite eco-sensual. Enjoy this anytime of the day.


The WOMB & BELLY CLEANSING BREATH


The Womb & Belly Cleansing Breath is a powerful breathing exercise for stress reduction, grounding and cleansing of the excess energy in the lower quadrant of our mid-section. When we naturally breathe into our nostrils and out the same way, energy accumulates in the abdomen and womb area from stress, foods, holding our tummies in, restricted clothing and social demands and such remains trapped without any outlet. When we breathe into our nostrils we bring the breath into our entire body, filling the skull, moving it down through the throat, the chest, lungs and heart area, the abdomen, continuing down into the belly, the womb and down to our toes. As you breath out pucker your lips slightly and steadily blow out all the air and waste products in your lower body, emptying it out completely. With each inhalation, breathe energy into the cells of the lower abdomen and womb where they are often cheated and get lesser oxygen and with each exhalation bring out all the junk in your mid trunk.

The Womb & Belly Cleansing Breath requires a long, slow exhalation through the nostrils and an even longer exhalation through slightly puckered lips. By intentionally prolonging the exhalation, you not only promote the removal of toxins from your body, but you also help turn on your parasympathetic nervous system, thus furthering inner deep relaxation and healing.


INNER SMILE
'


Allow the smiling energy to flow down from the mid-eyebrow through your face, relaxing the cheeks, nose, mouth, and all the facial muscles. Let it flow down through your neck.

The Thymus Gland
. Let the smiling energy flow down to your thymus gland, which is located behind the upper part of your sternum, and picture it glowing with vibrant health. Feel the thymus gland become warm as it begins to vibrate and expand like a flower blossoming.

The Heart. Feel the stream of relaxation flow down into your heart. People who are nervous or who anger quickly often experience pain and tense feelings in and about the heart. Extending the smile relieves stored tension and enables a new kind of functioning to take place. Spend as much here as you need to feel the heart relax and expand with loving energy. This expansion will feel like a flower blossoming. Fill your heart with love. Let your heart be your "sweetheart."

The Lungs. Radiate the love in your heart to your lungs. Feel your lungs soften and breathe with new ease; feel the air inside lighten up as it enters and leaves the lungs. Feel their moist spongy quality as you relax and fill your lungs with energy.

The Liver. Now smile into your liver on the right side, just below the rib cage. This is the organ that absorbs anger. If your liver is hard, if it is difficult to feel, soften it with your smile. Smile it back to life, make it happy, rejuvenate it with your love.

The Pancreas. Let the smiling energy now flow across the abdomen to the pancreas, which is located within the left lower rib cage. Thank it for its work, for the sweetness it symbolizes and see that it is healthy and functioning smoothly.

The Spleen.
Continuing around to the left, smile into the spleen. Don't worry if you don't know exactly where it is. If you smile in that direction you will gradually get in touch with it. If you need to, return to the source of smiling energy in front of you, and let it flow through the mid-eyebrow and down to the area of the spleen. As smiling, loving energy builds up in the spleen, let it flow into the kidneys.

The Kidneys.
Direct the smile to your two kidneys, in your lower back just below the rib cage on either side of the spine. The adrenal glands sit on top of them. Smile at your adrenals, and they may send you a burst of adrenalin. The kidney is the lower transformer of the veins and arteries. This is where we hide our fears. Smile to the kidneys and fill them with courage and love. Like the heart, this will increase the flow of chi circulating through the body.


Next, send the smiling energy into the urinary bladder, urethra, genitals, perineum, your ovaries and your entire WOMB SPACE!


The Microcosmic Orbit



In order to begin circulating chi in the direction of the higher energy centers you have to open the two main channels or meridians that the chakras lie on. In the diagram above the meridians along the back are on the Governor (male) Channel. This runs from the Hui-Yin or perineum (at the base of your body right between your legs) up the spine over the head to the third eye. Energy that runs up this channel is considered Yang or hot and is commonly thought of as Kundalini energy. The meridians along the front are on the Functional (female) Channel. This runs from the Hui-Yin or perineum to the tip of your tongue. Energy that runs up this channel is thought to be Yin or cold. Opening the Microcosmic Orbit is the first stage in “wiring” the body and is followed by opening other routes so your body can handle more energy. When you open more routes the vital organs will be able to receive and contain more energy


You need to relax to do any meditation. I sit in a comfortable position and use a technique of visualizing my body parts and mentally telling them to relax. Do you already have a favorite technique? If so, that’s the one to use. Any method used to relax your body and mind is the best one to use.


Once you are relaxed, direct your attention to your navel chakra. With a gentle concentration visualize this chakra generating energy as a golden light. Once you feel the energy gathered there maintain the golden light in it as you bring your attention down to the sperm/ovary palace. With the same gentle concentration as before, visualize this chakra glowing with a golden light. When the energy has accumulated here proceed downward in the same manner to your perineum chakra. Bring your attention to this area and visualize the golden light glowing from within this chakra. When you feel the energy activating the chakra at your perineum maintain the golden light in this and the two previous chakras as you move up to the base of your spine at the sacral pump or coccyx. Bring your attention to this chakra center visualizing it glowing with a golden light as you did at the other centers. Continue up the spine in a similar manner bringing your attention to each chakra center on the diagram above.

Remember to skip Gia Pe and Ta Chui.

Bring your attention to the chakra center at the base of your skull. That’s your cranial pump at the medulla oblongata. Feel the golden light glowing from within as you maintain the light at the previous chakra centers. Once this chakra is activated move your attention up to your crown chakra. Visualize the golden light being generated within this center. Maintain the golden light as you move down your forehead to the mid-eyebrow or pituitary center and bring your attention there.

Connecting the masculine and feminine channels

Now that you have activated the energy in the masculine or back channel it is time to activate the feminine or front channel. Once the feminine channel is activated you can rotate the energy in a circular fashion throughout your body. In order to bring the energy down the front you must connect the two channels by placing the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth or at the point where your two front teeth connect with the roof of mouth. Remember that the only way to circulate the energy is to touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

Bring your attention to your tongue as you place it to the roof of your mouth. You do not have to visualize your tongue glowing. The tongue is very sensitive. You should experience a change in the flow of energy. The sensation is different for everyone so I won’t try to describe it.

Now that your tongue is connected bring your attention to the thymus gland/heart chakra. Visualize it glowing with a golden light generated from within. As you activate this center maintain the golden light in all the previous chakra centers. Once the energy at your heart center is established move your attention down to the solar plexus point. Visualize the energy being generated there glowing with a golden light. Now that you have activated all the major chakra centers maintain the golden light at each one with a gentle concentration.

Remember: Each of these chakras should be visualized as being on a line down the center of the front and up the back of your body.

This is the fun part! Visualize the energy moving, circulating down the front and up the back through all the centers. Keep your tongue to the roof of your mouth and “see/feel” the energy as a golden wheel rolling over and around your body through the chakra centers. Stay relaxed and enjoy! You can add to your energy by mentally opening the centers on the soles of your feet to the earth. Direct the earth energy up your Legs to the perineum and add it to the Microcosmic Orbit. Then open your crown chakra to the energy from the cosmos. Direct cosmic energy into the crown chakra and add it to the Microcosmic Orbit.

As with most meditations the longer you do it the more results you’ll get. Try to do it for at least 15 minutes. It works best for me to do this meditation before eating whether it’s in the morning, afternoon, or night.



****Do these exercises each day to ready your body for the Green Womb: Jade Egg & Stones Collective Journey. It is extremely important that we prepare ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. Doing womb work alone is something in itself, but doing it with other wombn can be extremely powerful and tricky. When wombn come together the vibrations of their wombs connect and attempt to vibrate in harmony with each other. Each person is at their own frequency therefore an interference or disharmonious mix can spark a flame of emotional outbursts and bring out the dark forces of the womb. We must prepare ourselves and protect our individual womb space. I will teach you how. The darkness can not be avoided however, which is why must create a safe and sacred space for womb healing. For now please do the exercises above to help fortify your body, tune it up, and ground you for this powerful, exciting and timely....Green Womb journey!

Please note that the first two meditations were originally inspired and drawn on by meditation practices created and learned along the way of my own personal spiritual journey. The last two (Inner Smile & Microcosmic Orbit) were directly extracted from the Healing Tao traditions and the training I received through Michael Winn & Mantak Chia's Healing Tao Retreat in the Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina summer of 2009.
